Annette lives outside Hillsborough, Co. Down, and belongs to Maze Presbyterian Church, where she is an elder and is actively involved in many aspects of church life.

Annette trained as a physiotherapist in Ulster University and worked initially in the NHS and laterally as a lecturer in Physiotherapy.

She believes it is essential for Christians to grow in their faith and to know how to speak biblically into the world around them.
